Please remember 2 Adults (21+) for the first 10 youth are required THEN, 1 Adult (21+) for every 8 youth after.

SPECIAL NOTE: It is the Parish Group Leaders responsibility:
- To make sure that each attendee both youth & adult have a Liability and Consent Form* , Media Release Form* , and OnFire Code of Behavior.
- That each adult (18+) in attendance is cleared by Safe Environment.
- That all Transportation Policies are followed
- That all attendees understand the Diocesan Youth Event Guidelines.
*A copy of the forms must remain with the Parish Group Leader on premises for the event in case of an emergency.
