Participant Registration & Fee Policies:

• Please remember this event is for Adults only (21+) and ID will be required.
• Open to young adults 21-39. 
• Depending on availability you are able to register through Tuesday, December 30th. 
• In order to enter the event you must fill out a copy of the Media Release Form & Liability Waiver. 
• Once you register you are responsible for the $25 registration fee which can be paid through this form or you may contact our office for alternative payment methods.
• After registering, if you realize you are unable to attend, please email (David) davidw@catholicreno.org so that we may update the amount of seats remaining.
